The Rainy River Districs Women’s Shelter of Hope 24-Hour Crisis Line: 1-800-465-3348 We do not subscribe to call display. The Emergency Shelter is a safe and secure facility which operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Shelter is a comfortable environment which provides support, safety, privacy and assistance to women and their children who have experienced physical, sexual or emotional abuse. Advocacy, referrals, one-on-one support, women’s support groups and children’s programs are also available.
