Whitehills Childcare Association provides non-profit, licensed and government subsidized programs staffed by trained and experienced early childhood professionals. A Board of Directors made up of 15 current and past parents acts as the governing body of the Association. Whitehills provides inclusive programs that welcome all children and their families. We provide a safe, loving and nurturing environment where children have time to play and explore and a planned curriculum that is based on the interests of the children and focused on development.Whitehills Childcare Association provides a variety of services to meet the needs of children and families as follows:Child Care – Licensed, full and part-time programs for children 3 months - 6 years.Pre-Kindergarten Early Learning Program (PELP) – Licensed morning programs for children 2.5 - 3.8 years.Extended Day Program - Licensed programs for children enrolled in Full Day Kindergarten, before and after the school day as well as full day programs for non-instructional days including PA days, summer and other holidays.School Age – Licensed , recreational based before and after school programs for children JK-12 years as well as full day programs for non-instructional days including PA days, summer and other holidays.Drop-In – Informal, interaction programs for parents/caregivers and their children infant-6 years

Located in the town of Glencoe Ontario, the Glencoe & District Historical Society was formed in 1978 and has been an intricate part of the community these many years. The promotion of local history, genealogy, and the preservation of historical documents are among the primary objectives of the society.Formed in April 1978, the Glencoe & District Historical Society was created to promote, encourage and foster the study of local history and genealogy including original research. It is an incorporated non-profit volunteer organization. It is a member of the Ontario Historical Society and the Ontario Genealogical Society.
The Glencoe and District Curling Club features four sheets of ice. We take pride in the quality of our ice so we ask regular players and visitors to clean their shoes prior to stepping onto the ice surface. We also ask that that you report any ice issues
