It is designed to be a self-help mechanism that provides the tools and resources necessary to promote and beautify the area. We meet as a team to discuss issues and make decisions in an appropriate manner for the betterment of our environment to benefit all who visit, work and live in our community of downtown Trenton.
New Life Girls' Home offers a residential Christian program for older teens and young women aged 18-30 years old, who have life controlling problems such as drug /alcohol addiction, sexual, mental and physical abuse, eating disorders, self-abuse including cutting, and other compulsive behaviours.
Established in 1994, the Chamber's objective is to: 'promote and improve trade and commerce and the economic, civic, and social welfare of the district served by this organization'.The Chamber serves the Municipality of Brighton and The Colborne and Cramahe Township. We are a nonprofit, membership-generated organization based on promoting economic development and tourism for all businesses in our district.The Chamber supports efforts to enhance the business environment in which we operate, provides a strong voice in lobbying the governments regarding legislation, information on logobusiness, trade opportunities and training, direct referrals and the ability to network with other members. All members of the Brighton Chamber are also members of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and the Canadian Chamber of CommerceIn addition to our regular chamber business activities we provide year round tourism information, administrative support to the Brighton Downtown Business Improvement Association and Apple Route Tourism.
