My RV was broken down at an intersection in cochrane on a busy August weekend. I was being honked at, people were shaking their fists at me (unbelievable), and my girls were sitting at a campground by themselves in Field. I was upset, a little desperate and feeling vulnerable (single lady alone). The Ama driver referred me to JD's auto center that would take me in right away to at least look at it (some i'd called were saying 2 weeks away even to give an opinion!) The mechanic looked at it right away and did some minor repairs/cleaned the fuel filter and sent me on my way without insisting I needed a new fuel pump etc. Ie. He was honest. The shop stayed open a bit later to accommodate me. I know how uncaring people in this world can be these days.... That day reset my faith in humanity and I was on the road that night; made it to Field at dusk to find my 2 frightened, much-relieved girls sitting at a picnic table at dusk. I took my vehicle here to have my muffler inspected. Got a proper diagnoses and some honest advice that resulted in no fix being necessary at this time. A lot of mechanics might've taken advantage of my situation but they were 100% honest and did what was best for my vehicle. To top it off, they didn't charge me a dime! I definitely recommend these guys.

A couple of years ago my car needed a muffler. The price my dealer quoted seemed high so I contacted Tim. Bottomline, he was able to replace the entire muffler system at a lower cost and in a timely manner.
I've relied on Tim and his team numerous times since for regular maintenance as well as recommending/supplying new winter tires.
Tim's superior level of customer service is consistent and he is honest and fair. I would recommend him enthusiastically to all.

This shop is top-notch! I've had my retro 1978 VW bus serviced by them multiple times and have always been very satisfied by the quality of their service and the final price at the end of the day. They clearly have a very skilled team of mechanics working at this shop who are dedicated to helping their clients the best they can.
