I've always had great service at this RBC branch in the Exploits Valley Mall. The opening hours could be better (but they are RBC standard for most branches - 10 to 5 Monday to Friday). Both the tellers/CSRs and financial service representatives are friendly and the atmosphere overall is very positive at this branch. Parking is sometimes quite a bit away but that's not a fault of the branch, just the additional traffic at the mall lately.
