I went to this salon in the Scotia Plaza on a Friday evening after work & it was a great experience & atmosphere. It seems like all the staff get along really well. I was greeted at the front desk & seen to immediately without an appointment. The salon has recently been renovated & it looks fabulous. I also got a mani/pedi done in their spa & it was such a calming experience. Their spa is beautiful & extremely well kept.
I was delighted with the services, my haircut costed me $65 with a senior stylist (a lovely blonde irish girl). I originally came in & asked for their special for a haircut and manicure for $55 but their junior stylist was already booked up. I was disappointed but still very pleased at how they negotiated pricing for all 3 services. I was able to get a manicure for half the price & I decided to get a pedicure also because of how pleased I was with the esthetician.
I will definitely be returning & I would recommend anyone to give the salon a try, not to mention AMAZING location!

Had my hair done by Zora, not only was she personable and friendly, she clearly new exactly what I wanted, she took the time and asked the right questions, and without a doubt she new her stuff. End result, simply amazing. Am so happy with my visit, from start to finish- am so pleased I went and saw her!

I had the pleasure of having Caitlyn wax my eyebrows at the upper Canada mall location. She was very patient and precise she did an excellent job I will be going back to see her. She was very warm and friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. She was very helpful!!
