The Physi-Yogis is a quiet oasis of relaxation, rejuvenation and repair. We are located in central Edmonton, near Whyte avenue and the Millcreek ravine in the Ritchie neighbourhood. Free parking and wheelchair accessibility available for physiotherapy and massage appointments from Monday to Saturday. Our physiotherapy, massage, and acupuncture clinic/ yoga studio is a multidisciplinary facility with a client centered focus. Owner and Resident physiotherapist, Anil Bhambhani BSc, BScPT, CAFCI, has over 16 years of experience in dealing with work, sport, motor vehicle and general orthopedic conditions. Acute and chronic cases are welcome. Ages 2-95 have been effectively treated. Difficult Orthopedic cases and previously failed or incomplete rehabilitation are his specialty.

We offer one-on-one fitness training and couples training (as our scheduling permits), along with whole foods/Paleo nutrition consulting. We work with clients who are new to exercising or the seasoned gym-goer who wants some variety in their fitness regimen. Our clients range in age from 21 to 80 plus. Many of our clients are Baby Boomers. We work with clients who train from home or clients who have gym memberships. We don’t fitness train clients offsite - all clients must come to our private, licensed and insured studio. We both have 4 decades of experience in weight/resistance and functional training. We are both certified A.I.S. Practitioners, which is a form of bodywork that releases tight muscles and fascial tissue. Michelle is also an Exercise Strength Specialist for hip and knee joint replacement clients and is also a Cancer Exercise Specialist for cancer patients and cancer survivors. Many of our clients have been working with us for 5 years and longer!
