Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. After a car accident led to a lot of tightness in my neck and shoulders, I went to see RMT Natiely. She loosened up all of the knots and even helped relieve the tightness in my hips as well.
