I had a wonderful experience with Kal Tire on Victoria Road. My 82 year old Mother and I had a flat tire - and we had just come off the ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo. We had a long journey from Seattle, Washington. We pulled into Kal Tire to get the tire fixed - it had a nail in it. They removed the nail, fixed the tire, and didn't charge us for the repair. I bring my SUV for tire swap twice a year and store my unused tires with them. I like to stay in the lounge while the work is done because the level of customer service these folks provide is a joy to listen to. They are polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and won’t try to sell you on something you don’t need. I’m always greeted with a smile, and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

A couple of years ago, I had my alternator changed on my Honda Civic 2005, at the Honda dealer . They told me I needed a brake job, including new cylinders about 400-500$ .I went for a second opinion across the street at OK TIRES. they showed me all my brakes were in excellent condition and didnt charge me a cent.
This was the second time they have proven their integrity and honesty.
OK TIRE is much better than just OK. Kudos to Keith and the team
