I had a full knee replacement surgery at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on May 07/19. I waited almost two years for my surgeon Dr V Rajgopal and it was worth it. I’ve had the most pleasant experience... if it can be described as that .... from Dr Rajgopal’s office staff Stef who is always so pleasant and helpful ...the intake and operating room medical team were so attentive and helpful. I was there to pick up some Coke Zero but non was on display. I asked Laura who was stocking the cheese freezer and not only did she go in the back and get me one but when I said I would like 6 she went and dug them out of a skid. They were on the bottom so she had to move a large number of others that were on top. Now that is going the extra mile and she deserves a big Thank You from me and a gold star from Scott. Just thought to write this review as these guys given me a great deal. They got my website done of 1/4 price where other companies quoted with more bells and whistles. Only tough thing is hard to get these guys on phone at regular business hours as they dont have a full time receptionist. Other than that 5 stars.
