We had a fabulous experience with Kevin and the team at Bayfield. We had carpet installed in our main floor bedrooms, and in most of our fairly large basement. We ran into a minor manufacturing issue and Kevin was incredibly helpful and attentive. He drove up to our build (quite a ways out of town) to take a look and was on the phone with the manufacturer right away to have it resolved. From the first visit with samples and lots of great advice, to the amazing install team, we were thrilled!
