The Simplazz 1-2-3 products were originally developed by Wayne Burgan, a CPA who, before starting his accounting practice, had worked for the government as a tax auditor. Having seen the problems (from both sides) that many small business owners get into simply because they have poor records, Wayne developed an easy system to help small business owners keep excellent records even when they know nothing about accounting.
