I just read some reviews and I am shocked! I have never been treated rudely. Perhaps one time when the sales clerk was super busy - I did not get eye contact- so what!. Having several sales persons ask if you want hep? How lucky for you. Stop lamenting! The staff have always been pleasant. Perhaps finding my size in a desired shoe is sometimes a problem because so many people shop here. Otherwise the complaints are unwarranted.
