I have been going to the yoga barn for almost 3 years. It is by far the best yoga class I have ever taken. After a long day at work it's what I look forward to. The Yoga Barn is the first and only Hot Yoga Studio equipped with Infrared Heat Panels, in the Annapolis Valley.
