A home inspection is a non-invasive examination of the various systems of a house. Elementary Home Inspections will carefully study the home’s systems for any deficiencies or issues. At the end of the inspection, the client receives a written report with descriptions and pictures of conditions found. The client can use this information to make an informed buying (or selling) decision. The report you receive is an objective and informed opinion on the state of the home on the day of inspection. As nearly all systems have a limited lifespan and may be impacted by unforeseen situations, an inspector may indicate an opinion on lifespan, but cannot guarantee possible future conditions or the life expectancy of the systems.
