Awaken Your Senses to Sight, Sound & TasteFriday, May 2 Grub Crawl / Saturday, May 3, 10am5pm & Sunday, May 4, 11am5pmThe annual Grand Bend Area Studio & Gallery Tour in Grand Bend and Port Franks, Ontario, Canada features more than 34 artists working in a range of media from fine art in oils, pastels, watercolours, acrylics, glass, textiles, wood and photography.Studio tour brochures can be picked up at Grand Bends Welcome Centre, open Monday to Friday noon to 4pm and on Saturday, May 3 from 9:30am to 1:30pm or from Baillies Picture Framing, Monday through Saturday from 9am to 4pm and from any of the tour locations.Of special note, theres a BEATS event being held Saturday, May 3 at The Gables featuring legendary blues singer Chuck Jackson. Chuck is lead singer with Downchild, Canadas quintessential blues band, a position that hes held for almost 25 years. He is featured on Downchilds latest release Can You Hear The Music which is nominated for Blues Album of the Year at the 2014 JUNO Awards, adding to a long list of nominations and awards he has received both with Downchild and as a solo artist, including two Maple Blues Awards for Male Vocalist of the Year and a Lifetime Achievement Award
