We are a non denominational, community based, non-profit organization, serving children 18 months to Grade 6 and licensed under the Day Nurseries Act of Ontario. We incorporated in April 1991 and operate with a volunteer Board of Directors elected from parents and community members. Our Vision Focusing on Children We see each child as a unique individual with preferences, interests and important family connections. We strive to know each child through careful observation and assessment, cultivating strong relationships with families and studying child development theory. At every stage of development children have a profound desire to connect with others and learn about the world around them. We consider all of these important elements as we form relationships with children and their families, and plan our environment and program.
