I am not a Royal Bank Customer and visited this branch from out of town needing to purchase some US cash for a trip to Asia. I needed to get newer, clean bills of various denominations. I dealt with the supervisor of the tellers and one of the tellers and the service could not have been better. They were both very friendly, efficient and helpful in every way. I was very impressed! I didn’t buy glasses at the optical centre at Superstore yet the person at the counter was kind enough to tighten up a screw that was loose on my frame and even tightened up the arms. My glasses are just like new. I will go back there to buy my next pair. AMO
