I called late at night to ask if the ice cream machine was still on, and was greeted by a manager named Rebecca. She was fantastic and showed me excellent customer service by quickly informing me of the schedule of how long they would have the machines open. They don't leave you enough room to tell ur story. Bottom line, I had a complaint. The manager dealt with it in an exemplary fashion, and then, continued to go above and beyond. I had the rack of Lamb. It was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. There are limited options in this neck of the woods. It's a bit pricier than the average place around here. But, the meals are worth it. I'm leaving as a very satisfied customer. I will be back.
