Rideau Funeral Home & Cemetery is a modern facility with space to accommodate nearly 500 guests at a time. Our chapel seats 160 people. One of our special features is the pond near the funeral home, where many families hold an outdoor memorial service. The indoor reception space suits 190 people and we offer catering with a private, imported wine selection, and imported cappuccino and espresso machine. Our cemetery is 38 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens with mature trees, memorial benches, flower gardens and tranquil ponds that provide a peaceful atmosphere for loved ones to gather and reminisce. Rideau Funeral Home is wheelchair accessible and has 66 parking spots. Our facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art audiovisual system to ensure that every guest can see and hear perfectly. Our full-time graphic artist supports families with video and photo tributes, as well as personalized stationary.
