My furnace went out in the coldest part of winter. These guys went above and beyond to get it repaired as quickly as possible, handling the warranty, and worked with me directly on the charges to make it as fair and pleasant experience as possible. The owner even came and did a site visit to discuss the project with me, which was unexpected and welcomed. Id give them 6 Stars if I could.

I recently got engaged in Japan. My fiancé surprised me with a custom made engagement ring that we have been designing together with the people at the Jeweller's Bench. The goldsmith did an amazing job and I am still in awe over the ring. It was exactly what I wanted and more! Well I used them again, with my GE Stove, they came and diagnosed he problem I talked with GE, Avalanche sent their report to GE and a week later the part (free from GE) was shipped direct to Avalanche and was installed quickly and my stove is back up and running.
