If you are travelling near this farm you really must stop in. It is a tiny shop but the folks are really ncie and helpful. The shop has whatever cheeses they are making at the time so don't expect to shop for what you want, just get what they have and you will not be sorry. The aged gouda we got from there was the best we've ever tasted and we only wish we had tried it before we got too far down the road or we would have gone back for more.
Beautiful smooth, rich and tangy tasting, they way cheese should really be. On fresh bakery bread this makes a sandwich your mouth will dance for. We will stop in here again if we come within a hundred kms of the dairy. You should too.

In the cheese cases you will also find an array of dips and spreads. I have tried several of these including the hummus and they were good. I especially like the wonderful mass of Cracker and Bread choices available for all of your dipping and spreading needs. Choice is very important and the Bulk Cheese Warehouse does not skimp on this.
