The variety of cheeses is spectacular. They have the best brie that we have ever tasted and we have (unfortunately) tasted a lot. The Handeck is firm and nutty and the award winning 5 Brothers goes with anything. Definitely worth the trip.

The Ricotta Lasagna is very good. Great taste. The stuffed peppers with sausage meat are the best. But you only get 3 halves per package. Roman Cheese products are easy to prepare and great tasting.

Bright Cheese & Butter was established in 1874 by a group of local farmers who realized they had a surplus of milk each month from their livestock. Since then, not much has changed. By the turn of the twentieth century, cheddar had become Canada's second largest export and there were 1,242 cheddar factories in Ontario alone.
