Our food is mainly vegan and vegetarian, though other options are available through our catering service. We prepare all food ourselves, using authentic Mediterranean recipes and ingredients. We have a range of salads, falafel which is either grilled or fried on the spot, whole wheat fresh baked pita,hummus, tabboule, shakshouka, saabich and of course, baklava, made with pistachios and honey. We do catering for crowds from 5-100 participants-either meals or snacking menus. Our mains include Moroccan fish, stuffed peppers (either veggie or meat), shrimp on a skewer, and vegetarian casseroles filled with eggplant, chick peas, lentils and fresh veggies. When it gets colder, we will be adding several authentic soups and fall and winter weather warmer uppers.
