The Stoney Creek location has been a great help to me and my furbabies since it opened. Before that I faithfully went to your Brantford location Sometimes there is a little wait time, but always worth it... I personally have NEVER had an issue with Beattie. Kim is amazing, very carring and our dog is looked after very good, the place is clean and lots of room for the pets to run around. I would not take my dog anywhere else even though they are closer places to where we live!!
