The only branch in PEI, 141 Great George Street. Brits Fish and Chips was established in 2005 by Paul Lawson. Mr. Lawson, a native of Lincolnshire, England began his career operating a small fish and chip trailer that he hauled around England and Scotland, frying up delicious homemade chips and fresh caught fish. When he decided to move his family to Canada he brought his recipes and experience with him. For four years he served up the most delicious fish and chips on Prince Edward Island before deciding to sell the business to his long time cook. The traditions and methods learned under the guidance of Mr. Lawson prevail to this day and we will continue to serve up the best fish and chips that PEI has to offer.
