I have always enjoyed the Trico Centre for Family Wellness. I find that the 40 day challenge in particular gets me into a great groove and I can either do my own thing or attend a number of offered classes on land or in the water. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend joining organization. It is the best in the city and affordable.

Dr Newman and his team are amazing. When I 1st started going to them I was terrified to go to the dentist and my teeth were quite bad. I had to have adavan just to get me in the chair. Dr Newman took his Tim and made sure I was comfortable through my appointments. With many appointments under my belt I am no long terrified to be at the dentist. I called RW Electric after-hours to solve an electrical problem in my condo. When they arrived they diagnosed the problem quickly - a faulty GFCI breaker. RW advised that exact replacements were no longer available, and the equivalent was too large to fit in the panel, so the best solution was a remanufactured unit. The breaker was expensive, but it was installed the next day, it looks just like a new, and I have a one year warranty for parts and labor. 100% satisfied. Would call them again.
