The Gas City Dog Club was formed in 1979 in Medicine Alberta by a group of individuals who had a common interest in obedience training and competition for dogs. The club has evolved since that time into a training club whose focus has been the education of its own members and the public regarding responsible pet ownership and in particular - obedience training for dogs. The Club provides obedience classes to promote humane training of dogs (for home and for competition) as well as responsible dog ownership. In addition, the club supports the activities of rescue facilities such as the SPCA and SOS by providing obedience training at a reduced cost to those individuals adopting dogs.

Is a social dance club who's age bracket is anywhere 18 and up. We are a fun loving eclectic crowd of Dancers from all over southern Alberta. Our goal is to teach, practice, and learn Ballroom, Latin and Country dancing in a fun, happy and supportive mann
