I bought rebuilt a car for my wife from Kareem (as is condition) and drove it home. It would not start the next day. Called Kareem and he came over with his son to try to fix. He could not get it going so was going to tow to his shop and fix at this own expense. Then I took the keys out of the ignition and he noticed it was not the original (got new one cut). He asked for the old key and the car started. He laughed and left. Honorable man. Deal with him as he stands behind his sales.

Well, because of a cognitive error on my part, I ended up using reverse look-up on their tech support number, to see who was on the other end of a flurry of past calls in the middle of the night. (I had called them to upgrade my Satellite/Internet service.) Anyway: good company, good service, both locally and remotely (and they speak English - fluently!).
