I discovered Thor F/X through a discount special, and I'm so glad I did. Their tech came right on time, thoroughly cleaned the PC and then checked drives and software to keep things running quickly and smoothly. He downloaded a couple of malware programs for me and made sure I knew how to use them. He was respectful, used layman's language and was very pleasant to deal with. Dr. Geek went above and beyond to fix my MacBook that was completely Corrupt. He even made multiple trips to pick up a secondary computer to try to fix my problem. After ready online, it said everything needed to be erased and would likely be lost on my computer (from all other people in similar situations)however Dr. Geek recovered everything.
