InUnison was formed in 2002 by its three founding members: Warren McCall, Duane Fox, and Rodrigo Pena. Originally our company operated with an emphasis on Software Change Management and we derived our original name, SCM Solutions Inc, from our primary focus. Since then inUnison (read the rebranding story here!) has grown organically and expanded our expertise to include IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, IT Infrastructure Management and much more. We are continually honing our skills and working on unique solutions in the Application Lifecycle sphere such as Unify ALM, a product we developed to help bridge some of the common gaps within our field.

From a small operation in Toronto to one of Canada's largest IT service providers, we've come a long way. We've spent 30 years building strong and successful relationships with both our partners and our customers, and a lot of that success comes from taking the time to listen and delivering on the idea that a team of passionate and motivated experts can solve complex issues with creative solutions and simplify the business of IT.
