As a non-techie type (and a senior to boot!) I really appreciate a company like Techs On Time. I called on a weekend and had my guy on my doorstep Monday morning. He was so patient and took his time explaining everything so I could understand. Turns out I'm not as dumb as I thought!
This mobile technician is a very good idea for a service for seniors in today's world. I read the other ratings and I agree that Techs On Time should get six stars. The service from Mr Coverall was excellent from beginning to end. They were the best quote we got after getting 3. They set up a time to come within a few days. They followed up several time to check if everything was confirmed and also after the awning was put in. The 2 men who came to put up the awning were fast efficient and very friendly.
