Had amazing service once again, from Jack and Jamie. Not only were they great to talk to, they were also very knowledgeable. Their charming faces and attitudes were just a bonus. Definitely will keep coming here. Have gone to both the Collingwood store and the Wasaga store and will continue to go to the Wasaga location instead because the service is fantastic.

As a ski instructor at Blue I've had 2 accidents in four years resulting in "emergency dept" medical care. On both occasions the care and professionalism of all staff, including admin, nursing care and doctors has been totally exceptional.
My latest accident was only a cracked rib but I can attest from my more serious accident (a cervical fracture, emergency surgery and ongoing rehab) that our Health Care system is a marvelous treasure and Collingwood Hospital is a wonderful part of it.

In 1969, the Strandholt Family purchased a small nursing home. Their commitment to providing compassionate individualized care for seniors resulted in expanding the nursing home to meet the needs of the community. In 1985, Bay Haven Retirement Lodge was added and in 2002, Bay Haven Retirement Suites were added adjacent to the nursing home.
