Excellent service. I have been with this company for close to 5 years, and have yet to come across a problem that they have not been able to fix.

His prices are excellent and he is the only reliable IT person that I have been able to find so far. He will return all calls, if not that day then within 12 hours.

Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. These guys know what their doing , I have needed their help on several occasions . If there is a way to fix it without costing an arm or a leg give these Guys a call, as for questions ask away they are very helpful.

It's unfortunate that the previous reviewer had a bad experience with this business, as ours was completely the opposite.
Firstly, the shop on Lakeshore Rd is completely accessible to those with mobility issues, as other computer places in the area are not. The owner of the business made a house call, took care of our technology problems, was generous with his time and charged us very reasonably. We will definitely use them again. Great for older folks frustrated with their computer equipment!
