She knows Vernon very well and she is always willing to help at any time. She is always very pleasant and engaging, which is surprising given the long hours she has put in. took my 50 yr old magnavox amp reciever in for some lites out..informed me that keys are silver contacts and get corroded so will clean while fixing lites......... due to circumstances ....was over warranty when i could return amp for some keys and lites still out .........repaired it at no extra cost great service .....thankyou
