I LOVE TECHTECH ...
Last week I had an urgent meeting in an hour and my mac book stopped working. So I took my mac book to TechTech's store and they fixed it in less than half an hour. I personally recommend my friends to chose TechTech for all their tech support.

The manager Tommy was really friendly and helpful. I brought my vinyl player and speaker equipment a couple of days ago and he took the time to show me all the cord options for the cord I was looking for. I'm not tech savvy at all so shopping for tech equipment and parts are challenging for me lol! I'm definitely going back again because he really made it easy for me.

I purchased my cell phone there, a month later I came in to have the phone updated and reconfigured. Selena(I hope I have the name right) was in electronics, she was knowledgeable, patient with me and my questions, helped me and answered questions from other customers . I have a 7 month old Toshiba Satellite Laptop that started making allot of noise. Turned out the heatsink fan was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Toshiba told me in order to have it covered under the warranty I'd have to mail the unit to Markham. This is my business machine so I couldn't be without it for several weeks or more. I found Audcomp and they saved the day. The ordered the replacement parts and fixed my laptop in just a couple of hours. They're professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company!!!

It's unfortunate that the previous reviewer had a bad experience with this business, as ours was completely the opposite.
Firstly, the shop on Lakeshore Rd is completely accessible to those with mobility issues, as other computer places in the area are not. The owner of the business made a house call, took care of our technology problems, was generous with his time and charged us very reasonably. We will definitely use them again. Great for older folks frustrated with their computer equipment!
