My mother & her husband recently had a water heater issue, & were told they’d need a whole new water tank...that theirs was 9 1/2 yrs old. Though they were sure it was more recent than that, they’re elderly so conceded & a new unit was installed. We then found the receipt from THIS company...they HAD installed a brand new water heater 4 1/2 yes ago! When they were called out on it, and told it WAS still under warranty, they still charged them hundreds of dollars for a service call & installation
