Mark Hill is the sole-proprietor of Matters of Hope Counselling. He is a Registered Psychotherapist and uses a strength-based approach using techniques from Solution-Focused, Narrative, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. Mark has been working with children, youth and their families since 1999 as a Child and Youth Worker and as a Therapist in clinical settings after attaining his Masters Degree in Counselling in 2007. He started Matters of Hope Counselling in the hopes that he would fill a need in the local area of Prince Edward County and surrounds and is always open to feedback in order to fill that need better.
4 Bears Counselling takes a client-cantered approach to guide our clients toward empowerment, self-awareness, to be present in their own lives and tap into their own resiliency. Using a variety of traditional and non-traditional therapeutic approaches, our clients reach their goals through wholistic healing plans. We work with individuals, couples and children. Our services are provided over the phone, Skype, FaceTime or in the setting that is most comfortable for our clients. Evenings and weekend appointments are available.
