I recently booked a family vacation to Jamaica with Erin at Kemp Travel. Both the trip and service were incredible. Then when a work emergency occurred last minute, Erin helped me change my flights and sorted out an airport transfer to ensure I could join my family as quick and easy as possible a day later - no questions asked.
