A few years ago, bought a sunroom from this company. I just had a problem with a door latch and stopped by to arrange a service call. As the door set that came with my sunroom was a limited release, parts were easily accessible locally. The original installer came over and fixed my latch and left without charging me for the repair. That he took the time to come over and fix my problem a few years after the original installation speaks volumes about how the company stands behind their product.
