I was a member of this gym for many many years. I switched to Fit4Less and then again to Movati when it opened. I have returned to this gym and they have made many upgrades since I was last there. The pool is excellent, the classes are great with awesome instructors, and the weight area has been transformed to include many new machines. I made the switch from Movati based on price and accessibility. I was concerned about loosing some of the things I had at movati but that quickly changed! Read more

ADDYDANSE is composed of different artists with versatile skills in diverse artistic areas, notably in urban and afro dance. They have had the opportunity to perform and teach in several countries which enables them to share their experience and cultural knowledge gained in Europe (Paris, London, Bucharest) as well as North America (Montreal, Ottawa).
It is with great enthusiasm that they wish to share all that they know in urban and African dances in Toronto.
Dance Factor Studios offers dance classes for children aged 3 and up, including seasonal programs, birthday parties, and a variety of dance styles in a supportive environment.
Randy is a law enforcement officer and Karen is a high school teacher. Together they have five adult children and eleven grandchildren.'Although our respective careers and family life are rewarding and busy, after taking instruction for many years, and apprenticing with our social ballroom teachers, Gloria and Cyril Penny, we decided to begin our own studio and teach in our spare time to provide us with the opportunity to pass our enthusiasm and passion for dance on to others.
