Dance Virtuosa School of Dance, owned and artistically directed by Kashena Bartlett B.R. and established in 2009, has quickly evolved as one of the most recognized schools of dance on Prince Edward Island, dedicated to providing high quality instruction in many facets of dance. We cater to students age 3 through adult, beginner to pre-professional level. Students may study a variety of dance styles from our highly diversified, professional teaching staff. Instructors assess student’s strengths and areas for growth and apply teaching skills in such a way to maximize student’s enjoyment and help them reach their ultimate potential. We are here to motivate young minds, develop skilled, happy and healthy dancers. The Art of Dance offers limitless opportunities. We believe that introducing and enriching your child in dance is a wonderful gift that will last forever! Dance teaches poise, promotes good posture, body alignment, musical awareness, and develops rhythm and coordination.
Advocate Media produces five weekly newspapers and several other publications throughout Nova Scotia. While you may or may not have experienced dealing with us first hand, it is possible that you know some of our many publications.Advocate Media is owned by Advocate Printing & Publishing, which is the only true, full-service printing company in Atlantic Canada providing quality printing, film, photography, design, research, direct mail and distribution services. We are able to take your print job from start to finish or work on any of your individual printing requirements.
Our goal is to nurture a love of dance and music, while encouraging each student to develop their full potential in technique and artistry. All our instructors are highly qualified in their respective disciplines. Students receive progress reports twice each year, and participate in an annual recital.
