Welcome to the exciting world of dance at the Judy Knee Dance Studio. For over 35 years, the Judy Knee Dance Studio has been dedicated to providing excellence in dance training while specializing in Ballroom, Latin American, Argentine Tango and SalsaJudy Knee, a native Newfoundlander, started dancing at the age of four. At the age of thirteen she decided to make dance her career. After graduation from high school she completed her professional dance training in London, England. Judy holds teaching certification in Ballet, Modern Theatre, Tap, Scottish Country and holds the highest attainable teacher qualification (fellowship) in Ballroom and Latin American, both with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing and the Canadian Dance Teachers Association. She was also the winner of the Ballroom Faculty Scholarship awarded by the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, England.

The Sorensen School of Dance was founded in January 1986 by Kim Sorensen and since its inception has strived to provide an inviting atmosphere for students where a strong standard of technical training is encouraged. The studio offers a variety of classes for both the recreational dancer as well as those wishing to pursue a career in dance. The studio boasts a very talented and creative teaching team . As part of our mandate as a dance school we provide our students with a variety of performance opportunities. Some of the highlights include our Christmas production to support local charities, the Downtown Santa Claus Parade, our annual year-end recitals along with a variety of community events. Together we are motivated to provide our dancers with the best dance training we can!

Connie Parsons School of Dance has been offering a wide range of dance classes in St. John's since 1996. Whether you prefer ballet, hip hop, tap, jazz or Irish step, our team of talented instructors will teach you the techniques in a fun and stimulating atmosphere.
