I am very impressed with the personal service and dedication of this new privately owned business in Kingston. They go out of their way to service you and to answer your technical questions. They even have an in-house welder repair centre which is long over due in this area.
The other thing I noticed when I walked through the door was that they actually carried lots of stock, what a concept in this day and age. I found a good variety of products and main brands to choose from and their new "Free" mig gun deal was unreal!
I will reccommond this business to everyone I know!

Brought my computer to K-TEC a few months ago, figured it would take about a week or so to get it back (given my prior experience with computer repair businesses) To my surprise, a few HOURS later I got a call from a very friendly technician who explained the issues to me after running diagnostics, and said if I wanted to go ahead with the repairs, they could have it ready for me before 5pm that day! Total cost to repair the computer just over 100 dollars (that included diagnostics, as well as the repair, labour and taxes)
Since then, I'm happy to say that I haven't experienced any issues. I highly recommend K-TEC for all your computer repairs !
