Unger's Market was founded by the Unger family in 1984! Our first location was the Old Country Market on Little Simcoe Street and also a fruit stand on Dundas Street. In 1987, we relocated to join several other family owned businesses in Hyde Park and through the years we have remained at the heart of the ever growing Hyde Park community. We were originally called Unger's Farm Market, reflecting the farming background of the family, but once the farm was sold, a new look and name were created. Unger's Market was modernized, yet we still offer the same great service, local products and in store baked goods.

Having started as the neighborhood helper 6 years ago, Charlie now has experience with maintaining your lawn care needs in the spring and summer, leaf removal in the fall, hedge trimming, mulch spreading, lower gutter cleaning for your spring, summer and fall needs. He uses lawn mowers, tractors, edgers, weed whackers, and will be adding a zero turn this upcoming season. He even helps out other landscapers as a helper when they have over flow work.In the Winters for the snow removal season Charlie and his team use snow blowers, shovels, ice scrapers and leaf blowers. Charlie does NOT Have a snow plow as of the 20132014 season.Every customer has been a satisfied one.
