I was very impressed by Dr. Heggie on my first visit. I was referred by a friend to Raymond Dental. The staff were very comforting and professional walking me through the entire procedure as I was having my wisdom teeth pulled. I had been quite nervous the previous few days approaching the surgery. Excellent service! I have trouble finding frames that fit my face and prescription and they went over and above searching and ordering in new frames for me until we found the right one. We love Dr. Derek. He is kind, friendly, and GENTLE with both our children and us adults. Our family happily travels all the way from RIchmond to Coquitlam just to get the best treatment possible. Dr. Derek is up on all the latest technologies and does not RUSH any procedures....we love him!
