Have been going to the Croutze dental clinic ( Edmonton) for almost 35 years and we switched to the Tudor Glen (Brian Croutze) about a year ago- We found the staff extremely friendly and accommodating and as soon as you are a client they call you by your name each time. I was very impressed with this company. I received a text prior to my appointment with pictures and a quick bio of the technicians who were going to be in my home - a very nice touch! Ryan and Joel were early, polite, professional and even caught our failed sump pump before a mess (and insurance claim) occurred. I highly recommend Duel Temp/Access Plumbing.

I find the proprietor to be forthright and knowledgeable. he has provided repair service for our sewing machine, lawn mower, and chain saw. When I read some of the other reviews, I do wonder how complicit the writers are in rousing an abrupt response from a business owner who has no patience for entitled behaviour or other such nonsense. I will return to BJ's with more business when required.

Dr Rocque Nobert is wonderful! I called yesterday after the office was closed because of a really bad toothache and Rocque offered to meet me at the office and open it up just for me. He and his lovely wife took time out of their Friday evening to look after me! Amazing! Turns out it wasn't my tooth at all but complications from a possible sinus infection but he took care of things. Rocque your willingness to help and genuine concern are heartwarming.
