Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. I had an outrageous quote from another plumbing company in Durham. So after paying their truck fee/estimate ($65.00 +hst=73.45)I sent them packing.
