There is a good reason that there is a "MISTER" in front of his name : he is no ordinary plumber ! Prompt, polite, professional ... I could say that he is also pretty, but that doesn't matter - even though he wears his pants properly ! My toilet was clogged ... I called MISTER PLUMBER late in the evening on Saturday ... he came right away with a fair and reasonable price, quickly solving the problem, and leaving without leaving behind a mess : now MISTER, that's a PLUMBER !

Very professional, easy to work with and everything is upfront (work to be done and pricing) and they don't force you to do any work as other companies. In fact I was told I could grab 2nd opinion for some plumbing work I was looking to get done, but in the end I did not bother and went with this company. We have been dealing with Faulkner's for over 40 years and just recently purchased a new fridge and hood fan. Service was excellent as always and price competitive. Mom and I have been very happy with the PSWs (Eva and Carrie) assigned to help Mom. Eva is with Mom Monday through Saturday and helps Mom with whatever is needed. She is always smiling. Carrie is with Mom on Sundays and is equally wonderful helping Mom. At this time Mom is 101 years young and loves having these girls with her.
