Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Great to meet DJ and Kyle! They were extremely professional, respectful and got the jobs done in great time. They also checked my water softener. They even did an extra small job for me which got Kyle wet but they were all smiles! They also tested the water for it's hardness and checked my water softener all at no extra cost. I havent been this pleased with a service call of any kind in a long time. There was some phone tag to set things up, but once we actually got on the phone together the booking was made extremely quickly (same day!). And the service call itself was just as I wish all service calls could be - timely, friendly, and professional.
